Criteria
Judges will award points for:

compatibility and
harmony of the project to its environment

effective land use
-
energy
efficiency
-
cost-effective use of appropriate building forms and materials
-
exciting new features or innovations (eg. smart
home technology)
-
careful or innovative detailing
-
unique design solutions, curb appeal
-
creative use of space and
functionality of floor plan
-
target market acceptance
(re: length of time on
market/confirmed sale)
The
cost per square foot of construction, excluding land cost, must be
identified.

Project Statement – In no more than 150
words, describe the project and explain how it meets the criteria
listed above (bullet form is recommended).

CD or DVD with six
digital images of the following:
- two images showing exterior (front and rear);
- four images showing interior of four different rooms.

One 8”x10” colour photo
print of the front elevation.

One copy of floor plan on 8
½” x 11” paper.

One copy of site
plan on 8 ½” x 11” paper.
