The planned neighbourhood must be single-family homes
constructed from pre-determined floor plans utilizing a coordinated theme
by a single builder. If a project is entered into this category it is not
eligible to enter into Category #6, Best New Subdivision.

functionality of floor plans

cost-effective use of appropriate building
forms and materials
The average cost per square foot of
construction,
excluding land cost, must be identified.

Project Statement – In no more than 150 words, describe the project and
explain how it meets the criteria listed above (bullet form is recommended).

CD or DVD with six digital images of the following:
- two images showing context in urban setting, architectural
character,
building/project entry, etc.;
- two images showing principal living areas;
- two images of your choice.

One 8”x10”colour photo print of the streetscape.

One copy
each of
two different floor plans on 8 ½” x 11” paper.

One copy of site
plan on 8 ½” x 11” paper.
-
Three copies of the brochure and a statement of average purchase
price.
