The total cost of the renovation, including all contractor and owner
supplied materials and labour, must be
more than $300,000.
Criteria
Entry should explain the clients’ needs.
Judges will award points for:

Overcoming special problems as they relate to
existing structure

Functionality of floor plan and creative use
of space

Quality of workmanship and attention to detail

Use of materials (i.e. natural;
cost-effective; unique)

Unique features

Accessibility
The cost per square foot and total cost
must be identified on entry form.

Project Statement – In 200 words or
less,
describe the renovation and how it meets the criteria listed above (bullet form is recommended).

CD, DVD or USB flash drive with eight digital images, including two
“before” images. Images must be clearly named and numbered “Before” and
“After”.

One 5”x7” (before) and one 8”x10”(after) colour photo print,
of the same area.

One copy of the floor plan
on 8 ½” x 11” paper.

copy of site plan on 8 ½” x 11” paper.
