Criteria
Judges will award points for:

excellence in functionality
-
exciting new features
or innovations of design (eg. smart wiring technology)
-
access and egress
-
environmental sensitivity
-
crime prevention through environmental design
-
visibility and conformity to the surrounding
landscape
The cost per square foot of construction,
excluding land cost, must
be identified.

Project Statement – In no more than 150
words, describe the project and explain how it meets the criteria
listed above (bullet form is recommended).

CD or DVD with six digital images.
**If a renovation, two extra “Before” images may be included, for a total of
eight images. Images must be clearly named and numbered
“Before” and “After”.

One 8”x10” colour photo
print.
**If renovation: one 5”x7” (before) and one 8”x10” (after) colour photo print,
of the same area.

One copy of floor
plan on 8 ½” x 11” paper.

One copy of site plan on 8
½” x 11” paper.
