Criteria
Judges will award points for:

excellence in functionality

exciting new features or
innovations of design (eg. smart home technology)

access and egress
-
ease of parking
-
support services available for
residents
-
environmental sensitivity
-
crime prevention through environmental design
-
visibility and conformity to the surrounding
landscape
The cost per square foot of construction,
excluding land cost, must
be identified.
