27. Customer Service - Supplier

 

Criteria
Judges will award points for:

  • individual or company’s customer service strategy; the description may discuss any or all of the following elements:
    - budgeting for after sales service
    - handling concerns and questions
    - strategies during construction to eliminate call-backs or defects

  • how has the strategy contributed to the success of the individual or company as a whole

  • what distinguishing factors constitute a superior level of excellence to that normally found within the industry

  • professional development

  • creativity in addressing industry needs

Requirements

  1. Completed Entry Form. On-line Entry Form and Project Statement or click here to print the .pdf Entry Form to include with your complete submission.

  2. Project Statement – In no more than 200 words, describe your strategy and explain how it meets the criteria listed above (bullet form is recommended). 

  3. CD or DVD with three to six digital images:
    - one image with company logo or name;
    - up to five images demonstrating superior service or outstanding workmanship.

  4. One 8”x10” colour photo print.

  5. Three client references for service provided within the last 24 months. References could comment on such issues as product satisfaction, closing procedures, walkthrough, post-occupancy responsiveness, etc.

  6. A statement that documents the entrant’s commitment to excellence, through programs such as Total Quality Management and/or a formal Customer Service Policy.
