All information must be based on
newly constructed homes only; no listing commissions or re-sales will be
accepted. Realtor must be working in
association with a CHBA member. This category is open to members of the
Victoria Real Estate Board and the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board.
Criteria
Judges will award points for:

professional support for
builder
-
salesmanship
-
marketing
-
initiative
-
creativity in meeting
challenges
-
effectiveness in identifying perspective purchaser's needs
-
sales volume will be
considered relative to the project, product, price and overall promotional
budget
-
ongoing professional
development (re: new home construction and technology)
Requirements

Project Statement – In no more than 150
words, describe how the individual meets the criteria
listed above (bullet form is recommended).

CD or DVD with up to three digital images of
entrant.

One 8”x10” colour photo
print.

Three client
references for service provided within the last 24 months. References
could comment on such issues as product satisfaction, closing
procedures, walkthrough, post-occupancy responsiveness, etc.

Reference letter from a CHBA builder(s).
