All Project Statements must be on this form. The following information given will be read to the CARE judges and explains how your entry meets the category criteria.
Use the space provided only. The submission must not exceed 150 words as specified in the category requirements with the exception of Categories 26, 27 & 36. Bullet form is recommended.
In the event that the company submitting an entry is not a Builder/Developer/Renovator, authorization must be obtained from that Builder/Developer/Renovator. Please refer to the Release Form in the Call For Entry Guidelines on page #3.
