2008 CARE AWARDS
OF VANCOUVER ISLAND
 

This award honours the contribution made by Bill Wansbrough to the residential construction industry.  It is donated in his memory to recognize significant individual achievements that do not necessarily fit into any of the categories of the CARE Awards.  It will exist and be utilized by the CARE Award judges at their discretion. This award will not necessarily be given every year.
